Our coordinate measuring machine — the Hexagon Global S Chrome 12.30.10 — inspects in just a few minutes what would otherwise take several hours to check manually. We will input tolerance levels in accordance with your specification to ensure that components rolling off the production line meet your requirements. We will inspect along the X, Y, and Z axes to check that all dimensions are accurate, as well measuring hole positions and any other important features of your component.
We offer a range of CMM inspections as part of our precision engineering processes. These include first article inspections for FAI reports, first-off inspections and random testing during production runs.
CMM inspections are a key part of the quality assurance process of all components we manufacture. We also undertake independent inspections of components made elsewhere.
